Dear Members,

-engaged since Sept. 2010

-currently in States, Canadian citizen with US citizen

-want to marry July 2011

-I am disabled AND NOT CURRENTLY WORKING IN CANADA since accident

-i own home

-will sell home in future (this year probably)

-have family ties in Canada

-fiancee self employed business man

-i would work for my husband in future

-i might have Canadian work contracts in the future

We want to make the best visa choice, and wedding timeline choice.

Read many topics and guides as to visa options

Q: if we marry in July 2011 in US, will our marriage and circumstances complicate my visa process

as a disabled person if we went with a IRI/CRI?

Or...would a member suggest a better visa option

Or...a better wedding timeline.

Other things you might suggest we consider....

Thanks for your help.
