First of all I would like to appreciate the help you guys are providing. I found this site really helpful and effective. Hope my problem will also get solved.

I am newly married guy and i am trying to apply for the Green Card(Marriage based). As my wife doesn't have enough income, my friend is willing to sponsor me through his business. He owns a small business with less than 5 employee. So my question is: can his business sponsor me while its not a employment based green card processing. If he can, what kind of documents do we need to submit to the Immigration Office?

No, the I-864 is for an individual to be a sponsor. He can personally be a joint sponsor.
