The DoS told me the embassy logged my medical results. So they do know. Maybe it just depends on who you speak to.

Besides finding out if the embassy has received your medical results (they usually do within 3 - 4 days), what is it you're trying to find out...? Or is it just for your own personal knowledge that you're curious?

The last 3 people I have spoken to at DOS have told me they are unable to see if the results of the medical have arrived at the embassy. Can they usually see it or do I need to call the embassy itself?

Thanks!

Exctly what I was thinking....Why do you need to know? It seems this current batch of people have to call constantly when it's not going to speed up anything. The Knightsbridge people get the medical to the Embassy without fail. It's now impossible to talk to anybody if you have a real problem because VJ has created this frenzy of calling DOS and the embassy to ask unnecessary questions. Maybe they could put out visas faster if they didn't have to answer so many phone calls or emails. Maybe people with a real need, like a baby due in a month or a husband shipping out to Afghanistan could get helped easier. :ranting:

Yeah. but the computers across the board are about 1-3 days behind real time, so is the UK switchboard. They say 5 days, but it is 5 working days, which means a week. They may not show it for 9 days, then.

(You may get a no for yesterday, only to find out it was logged Monday.)
