Hi everyone,

My mother would like to know since she is the agent of choice and the petitioner also can she sign the DS-230 form with her own signiture for her daughter instead of sending it to jamaica for her daughter to sign it. Help!

How old is the daughter... under 10..?

DS-230 needs to be signed by applicant and not petitioner...

F2A for husband (i.e. Me)

24 Jul 2009: PD (I-130 NOA1 Rcvd)

?? Sep 2010: NOA2 Rcvd

24 Nov 2010: NVC CASE COMPLETE

03 Apr 2012: Interview @Sydney @10AM

12 Apr 2012: Finally!!! Yes got the VISA
