submitted documents/embassy says they didnt receive

We submitted more documents to the embassy on monday june 20th using the courier service and the pink token they required. My husband has a receipt for it and the customer service person said it would be there by the very next day June 21.

Ok...skip to yesterday tuesday june 28th...I sent an email just making sure they received them and inquiring about them.

They emailed back today and said... We have not received any documents....

??????????????????????????????????????? How can that be? I figured it would take several days but i didnt' think they would have replied of no receipt....

So i replied telling them the date we sent and that we have a receipt and im unsure what happened but would you accept scanned copies via email..now just another WAIT to seee

why is this soooooo difficult....??????? :help:

Thank you Rafi...Inshallah i just want to be sure they accept the new documentation regarding my household size...just wish to have at least an approval pending ap...can't stop ap from happening but just wish that we hear our case is finally good and just waiting the outcome of ap...

When my husband and I sent documents to the embassy it took them 3 weeks just to log them into their system as being recieved. Keep emailing the embassy or call Dept of State every week to check on your documents. Give them at least 3 weeks before you start to worry they don't have them.

JUST AN UPDATE..... After my reply to the embassy telling them we sent them last monday and have the receipt and that i would be glad to send them again.... they replied today that they did recieve them after all and have forwarded to the co working on our case for review....

thank GOD!!!!!

inshallah i pray to allah that they will approve him now pending ap...

Ap is basically a background check done thru the us government to check who you are and if uve done nething criminally etc...it takes a month or more to complete
