You will be able to contact NVC to get your new case number within about 2 weeks from your I-129F approval date. Once NVC gives you your new case number you can then contact DOS to see if Packet 3 was sent to you. If packet 3 was sent to you then you can complete the required forms and send them off to speed up the process instead of waiting to receive packet 3 by mail...

The NVC will actually send your fiance a letter indicating your case number but waiting for the letter to arrive is like a waste of time, its better to call the nvc and ask about it, so you can have your medical

About the NVC number try to google, it was my fiance called the NVC, but I will ask him then I will update you. Your K1 petition already approved, did you mean how long will it take for you the have your K1 VISA approved? Mostly it takes 3 months from the NOA2 till your interview!! But there are some case too have done it for only a month, it depends on how fast the NVC will send the case in the US embassy Manila
