Ok I am confused, does the Kyiv Embassy use the DS-160 for the K-1 Visa or is it only required to have the DS-156 and 156k. Hoping someone can clear this up for me who has received a K-1 from Kyiv recently. My Fiancee has her interview in two weeks and that's the only thing I am unsure about. Thanks in advance.

I'm not from Ukraine, but I happen to know the answer :)

The Kyiv Embassy uses the DS-156 and DS-156K forms for fiance(e) visas. The best thing is always to check the Embassy website for instructions
