Hey guys! :)

So my fiance and I have received the noa2 about two weeks ago...and now I am working on the I-134 affidavit of support. Since I am a college student and only work part time my dad is my joint or co sponsor.

My question is what exactly do I send out to my fiance?

Is it just these or is there more to it?

1. Completed I-134 (from me and my co sponsor)

2. 6 Most Recent Pay Stubs (from me and my co sponsor)

3. Letter from the employer stating time of employment, salary and in good standing (from me and my co sponsor)

4. Statement from the bank stating when the account was opened and the current balance (from me and my co sponsor)

5. Letter of intent that I still want to marry him (from me)

6. More evidence from a ongoing relationship (from me)

7. Tax returns

is this it? Or is there more to it? If so please let me know!

Also...does he have to wait until they somehow contact him to make an interview or can he just make on now?

Thank You!!!

Looks good. Personally I'd want to add proof of co-sponsors identity(copy of driver's license or birth cert.) since they don't already have that established.

Regarding the interview it's probably country specific. Receiving packet 3(through mail/snail mail) is usually the first step. Hopefully someone from the same country will be helpful. Otherwise call NVC, talk to a person, get NVC/embassy case number, track on dhl or call embassy/DOS to inquire about the embassy receiving K1 application.

Oh.. And congrats on NOA2 :)

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012
