Payment of AOS processing fees

Need help on this situation:

I have sent pymt for the IV and also for the AOS processing fees. REceived a second checklist advising that the payment of the AOS processing fees still not received. Pymt was sent electronically through my Bank account. Can i send a payment by Money order to the P.O box and if i do, should i send something to the NVC to let them know payment has been sent by mail. Any help is very appreciated

if you utilized the online payment portal, then is not really any issue OTHER THAN NVC auto-email is wrong.

For clarity, call up NVC, get a human, ask about payment status and casefile status.

Darnell, i called the NVC, spoke to a lady, she said pymt not received, she gave a p.o. box where i can send the pymt. Do you think i need to send them a copy of the checklist and a copy of the money order or just send it to the P.o. box. This is the only thing missing on my documents

Sorry, this is where I'm confused - Pymt was sent electronically through my Bank account.

I took it to mean that you paid online at the payment portal.

Exactly what does Pymt was sent electronically through my Bank account. mean ?

Thanks Darnellfr all your help,imade the payment following the instructions on the AOS bill, but NVC said they never recved the payment. I recvd the checklist saying the are still waiting for the FEES to be paid. I just sent a money Order to the P.O box in St LOuis MO. Do you think i need to send copy of the pymt and the checklist to the NVC in NH or i will be ok?

did you have specific instructions to send payment to the st louis address? people usually send payment with the AOS INVOICE included, to the address in the AOS Invoice.

yes i was advised to send it to the p.o box in St louis Mo. It is the same P.O. Box on the invoice.

Do i need to send them a copy ?
