There's no requirement that he has to send you it. But he should have copies of the pdf forms like I-129F and G-325A on his computer? He should also get you new evidence of ongoing relationship. He should be able to make photos of you two together, either from digital photos or negatives.

The forms and things are more inportant for you, so you can review what he wrote. The original evidence, like boarding passes, passport stamps, receipts and all can be useful for the interview, in case they ask.

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!

He could do it or just write or tell you all his info like what he filled on the G-325A so you can answer of feel more comfortable about, like where he was born and all that stuff.

Its just for your comfort level at the interview, you just never know what they can ask at the interview, but then some they don't ask a lot of questions and some do.

You could check embassy reviews, for your specific embassy, of peoples interviews from the link on top of the page.

Good luck!

I understood that it was more a matter of being familiar with what information your fiance(e) had told them regarding your history together so you had no surprises at your interview and could answer any questions they might have.

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
