bond money

so i was a f1 student and ended up getiing out of status .i was released on 7500 bond and i ended up marrying my wife.we got out 1-30 approved and the immigration judge terminated my case .i am waiting for aos,filled all ,y forms and got my finger prints done too.its been almost two months since the judge terminated my case and i wanted to know how can i get my bond money back .i have the bond reciept.i checked with my lawyer and he said that they should send me some kind of letter telling me that they have released my bond and i can take my reciept and get the money back.but its been two months and iam still waiting .wanted to know if anyone have experienced it and can help me with this .would appreciate it .

Are there any phone numbers on the bond receipt? If there are try calling them.

Be aware that you may have some fees deducted from the bond amount so don't expect a full refund (but you should get most of it, just short a few hundred dollars)

I am sure there is some number of the place where you paid the money, I am sure you can call them and ask them how you can get your money back.
