HI does anybody here done to their AOS interview? if so does Immigration Officer ask u for any joint bills already?? and can u tell us what are the questions that the IO asked you during ur interview with them??..and some documents that they asked you during ur interview..

My wife had her AOS interview last year. The officer didn't ask us for any documentation. However, when we sent in our petition, we also included an overwhelming amount of paperwork. That might explain it.

The officer asked some really weird, but necessary questions...1) Have you ever been associated with the Nazi party? 2) Have you ever committed any acts of espionage? 3) Have you ever been involved with any organization to overthrow the U.S. government? We were only asked to show our IDs when we were sworn in. No other document was asked.

People have different interview experiences, though. I hope this helps you some.

well..In mi case the immigration officer interviewed my husband first and then me.

she kept our joint bank account statements and lease contract.

only two questions: how did we meet? and how did we keep the long distance relationship?

that was all,

do not be nervous it is not as painful as people think.
