Hello,

Where can I track the EAD receipt number? How can I find out where the EAD is being processed.

The AOS receipt number is online at uscis and that case was transferred to CSC.

Biometrics are completed.

The EAD receipt number is not recognized online at uscis.

If you signed up for a portfolio on USCIS you can see your EAD progress. And if you have had Bio and your case transferred to CSC then you should get your EAD in a few weeks.

Thanks for the info! Only the AOS rcpt # is on uscis.....the EAD receipt number is not recognized. I hope your right and it's a few weeks!

If you applied for EAD you should have received a receipt for it as well. I applied for all 3 and got all 3 receipts.

It's not uncommon for receipt numbers to not be recognized in either case status online or the automated system at 1-800-375-5283. If you would like a more specific status update, you can either make an INFOPASS appointment http://infopass.uscis.gov to speak with someone at your local USCIS field office or you can call customer service. If you call customer service, they will take your receipt #, comfirm it's not showing information in case status online and transfer your call to a Tier 2 IIO that will have other methods of accessing your information.
