Hello everyone. Had a couple of questions. My wife's interveiw for her CR-1 visa is in the Philippines on July 8th and I am going to be there with her. With that the case, I am moving out of my apartment (I am the peitioner) at the end of June. We will be coming back together (hopefully) at the begining of August and we will be moving to a new address. I know that I will have to file the I-865 to change the address with the USCIS because I previously filed the I-864. First question, do I file the I-865 when I get back within the 30 days I move into my new apartment or do I file it beforehand? Next question, do we have to contact the NVC before the interview, or can we inform them during the interview of our new address and then her visa will have this new address when issued? Or do we wait till we come to the states and then she files the AR-11? Just a bit confused about the process, so just a little help would be appreciated. Thank you!

File yours when you get back, you have not moved yet. She can file her AR-11 after she's in the US, online. Make sure your new address is updated with your local USPS.
