NO RFE HARDCOPY YET ......how much time we really need to receive it?

Did you get an email that indicates an RFE? Or from the USCIS website it says you are in RFE now? When did you get the notice for an RFE? I can take up to a couple of weeks to actually receive it, but if you haven't gotten it in about 10 days then you should call USCIS to find out what is up. They will give you the "wait 30 days" answer, but ask to talk to a level 2 to find out what is in the RFE. Not sure they will tell you over the phone but it is worth a shot.

hi thanks for the reply....we got the mail for RFE last June 10. And we also checked in USCIS website that we are n the process of RFE....im just worried co z some members here told me that they got theirs just 1-3 days

It took one full week for my hard copy RFE to reach me by mail. BY far one of the longest weeks of my life. Luckily though, once I sent everything back, I had my NOA2 within a week of them receiving the info. I'm sure you'll have yours in the next day or so.

unfortunately, I got RFE notification today...still waiting for it to see what I need to provide...
