If you are not using your house you do not put anything on the line.

If you are only using your income as a sponsor you only put on the income line.

There are example forms in the example section. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You have to use the poverty guidelines for the year in which you are filing... and you use the 125% values, not the 100%. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Its 125% of the poverty line for 2011.

He does not have to use bank statements or savings or stocks if his current income meets the 125% for 2011.

My understanding, and from reading the poverty guidelines itself, it states that only active military can use the 100% values when petitioning, all others 125%, Alaska and Hawaii both have their own seperate values as well. If he meets the 125% there is no need to put the rest of the info on their, unless you just want to. But to meet the guidelines, you don't need it from what you are saying. Best wishes.

Do the Same Income Requirements Apply to Form I-134 as Apply to Form I-864?

No. The 125 percent of the federal poverty guideline minimum income requirement, the most recent year's tax return, and other requirements only apply when Form I-864 is needed. Applicants presenting Form I-134 will need to show that their U.S. sponsor's income is 100 percent of the federal poverty guideline.

They would still have to use I-864 for the AOS, which means they would still need that income to fall at 125% of the poverty guidelines, that is why it is highly recommended that the income meet that level from the start.

If he meets the 125%, then that is all you need. Only list assets if you are needing to use them to make up for a shortcoming in the income level.

Most embassies still go by the 125% guideline, since you will need that amount when you AOS anyway. CDJ does not require the I-864 or I-134 actually, so you cannot base the minimum percentage level on what it says for the forms. Most people just go ahead and use the I-134 because it is an easy way to organize the financial aspects, and because some in the past had been asked for it. CDJ is not really very strict about the finances.
