Form FD-258

Hi everyone,

Im in the process of filing the removing conditions for my wife. Im looking at the guide on this forum and the instruction from the form itself. The instruction on the form ask for form FD-258 finger print cards. Where can I get those? I didn't see them mention it in the forum guide. Any advice would greatly help

it is my understanding that unless you are living overseas then you don't need to submit the fingerprint card because USCIS will notify you to go to the Biometrics appointment and that's where your spouse will get their picture taken and fingerprints done. I just filed ROC and did not include this so i hope i understood correctly. Good luck with your process i hope it moves swiftly for you
