im a spouse/petitioner for husband and stepson. i just want to clarify if were paying anything upon interview? i already paid AOS and IV bill when my papers are still with NVC. we paid medical exams when he had it, but i just want to make sure if there's still payments that needs to be done in the embassy??? thanks.

No more, except for the carrier that will deliver their visas which is a couple of hundred pesos each I think. you're Filipinos right? Don't forget about their orientation too at the DFA which is about p450 ea.
