Hi everyone I got another question im not sure about. My mother will co sponser but im not sure what forms i will need. im getting ready ahaead of time. im doing the cr-1 im already married. Do i need the i=134 or the i-864 for myself.also it asked on a paper about my x wifes residents nymber would that number be the same as her temp. resdidents card because i have no way to find out what the number is now. thanks

For family sponsor ( more than one person requesting on the same underlaying visa petition ) and for a Co sign you will need the I-864 not I-864EZ. Your ex-wife wouldnt be asked in this form. Use I-864.

You need to sign an I-864. If you are living with your mom then she can sign an I-864A. Read the instructions for both forms carefully, and provide all of the evidence required.

If your ex-wife was an immigrant then her resident number is the "A" number on her green card. If you petitioned for her then that number would be on most of the documents you received from USCIS beginning with the NOA2.
