No update on EDA (i765 c3B)

Hi,

I applied for EAD (OPT) on March 23th 2011 (texas service center). Received acknowledgement on March 25th. Its been in 'Initial Review' till now. I've been desperately waiting for the card. I called USCIS to expidate the process, but that was not honored due to high volume of applications.

Please reply, if anyone applied in March & received the card. Would like to estimate my card arrival date.

Also, when applied in c3B category, will the applicant be asked to provide Biometrics?
