Please fellows, I need help. During the course of my AOS journey, I have been requested to supply them with RFE in three different occassions. Now, they are requesting that I come to the interview with the I-683 form if not already submitted...I feel that my medical report with them is enough and that is why they never ask for I-683 form from me...My question: is I-683 form a must at the interview?

Waiting to hear from you guys...thanks.

It is always recommended to take copies of your entire package of AOS to the interview, as you have already experience they are very disorganized. Take into account that it is not you, we think, but what the INS thinks.

I have not received the interview letter says, but from what others have said. The interview letter is not written specifically about you, but just a general interview letter. Meaning it has your interview details (date, time and location) but the other information is written to everybody.

I believe somewhere in the letter it states something to the nature of "If you have not already submitted, please provide the following". So if you have already provided the medical report then don't worry. If you happen to have a copy with you then take, you are not going to loose anything by providing another copy just inc ase they ask for it again.
