Hi, I have a friend who is a U.S. citizen and considering bringing her son to the United States. However, would USCIS consider the property she and her husband own as one of the requirements for sponsorship????

Income would be considered first.

Primary resident would not be considered.

Rental property owned would be considered as assets.

Depends on the family size. It's 125% of the poverty level.
