Can file G-1145 with the courier/express delivery address of Dallas Locksbox?

I've been reading the instructions for G-1145 and It says it may be filed with the three Locksboxes only but N-400 instructions show 2 different addresses for each Locks box and is that gonna work If I use the address for courier/express delivery?

Yes you can use the notification form G-1145 with either one of the two Dallas Lockbox addresses. What I did was I sent my N-400 application with form G-1145 to the USPS deliveries address using USPS Priority Flat Rate service.

Why pay that extra cost when the USCIS sends you everything, including extremely important documents via first class mail? Doesn't save any time, matter of fact, feel it takes longer as they get teed off that they have to sign for it and tend to throw it in a pile someplace.

Just speaking from experience, also, only pay by personal check so I have a clear indisputable receipt they received the application.
