I-29f Naturalization question help!!

Hi,

I am stuck at question 10. My citizenship was acquired through (check one)

I am naturalized so I put a check on Naturalization and put my certificate info

But after that it asks (after Parents) Have you obtained a certificate under your name?

Well am I suppose to click on "Yes" and again put certificate number under "If 'Yes', give certificate number, date and place it was issued"?

Or Don't do anything (Don't click on yes or no and leave the "If 'Yes', give certificate number, date and place it was issued" blank

Thats the only place I am stuck at Thanks

There is no harm if you check YES and finish up the rest of it. I did it that way and got no problem.

You got a certificate of naturalization, it's not the same as a certificate of citizenship! so check Naturalization, then give number, date n place. everything else leave blank.

The NATURALIZATION checkbox refers to you having applied and gone through the naturalization process on your own.

The other checkbox is if you were eligible for naturalization certificate cause of your parents.
