Hi everyone.. I am new to VJ ... I am wondering if I need co sponsor for my wife. I made 16K last year and have around 35K in my saving a/c no asset beside 2 cars which are worth 2K each and a car on finance .

If you go on to the USCIS website www.uscis.gov and look up form I-864P, you will see the requirements. If you download the instructions, it will give you in detail what you can use as income or assets.

No! I don't have any children .. Just go married last year. Currently I make about 3K per month much better than last year.

If this is employee income then no, you don't need a joint sponsor. Look at the I-864. Where it asks about past income, answer. Where it asks about current income answer that accurately too. If income is sufficient, leave all asset related questions blank. You'll see they are "optional".

yes .. it 's income from my job.. do I send copies of my paychecks to prove my earning along with AOS form.
