hello, im new in this site. i would like to ask some questions. last may 17 2011 I had my interview at u.s embassy manila. after the interview, I got a 221g slip. They requested some additional documents which is i864-a, the opt-out copy which i have received a long time ago and i forgot to bring it. i received it year 2005 and i wasnt able to bring it to the interview. They told me to pass those additional requirements. I included in the documents my passport too. I would like to ask, i pass those documents june 2, 2011. How many weeks do I have to wait and when would they issue me a visa. PLease let me know whoever who has the same problem as mine. thank you. :help:

Chinook got a 221g at her K-1 interview. She submitted the required papers three days later. One week after she submitted the papers, she had the visa in her hand.

Your visa shouldn't be too long...my guess is that it will be a week or two.

thanks tahoma. i hope i will have my visa and no more additional documents. too depressing does anyone know what's the number in manila u.s embassy visa section so that ill try to check the status of my visa.. thanks

i also had 221g requesting for joint sponsor. Do you guys have an idea how long it will take to process until i get the visa? they did not told me that im on a administrative review. thanks
