G-325a (non USC from Philippines)

Hi,

We're starting our I-130, we do have a few questions on filling-out the g-325a (non-US Citizen from Philippines).. We want to make sure we fill it out correctly..

1. There are two fields that we're not sure what to write a: File Number (on the upper right) and b: Alien Registration Number (on the lower right). Are these fields required?

2. In Philippines, our middle name is our mother's maiden name.. If I have two given names, can I write both on the "First Name" field? And write my middle name which is my mother's maiden name? I'm concerned that if I don't, it will not match the names indicated in my IDs (driver's license and passport)

i am from the philippines too and filed I-130 for my husband.

1. just write N/A for both

2.i have two first names too...just write down both names on the first name column and mothers name. it work fine for us.

Technically, file Number and Alien Registration Number on the G-325A should be 'None' and not N/A, that is if you have no number.

One last question, there is a field that says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for: a: Naturalization b: Status as Permanent Resident c: Others: (please specify)

Do we check others and indicate I-130?

Sorry, one more question..

For the field that asks for City and Country, should we skip the State? or is it ok to put the state in?

Don’t skip anything, for the US citizen, City Country and yes State . If beneficiary lives in the PI list the province/ city name, if she live in Manila for an example that would be city not a province. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf
