Hello I would like to know if anyone from you guys went through a similar situation as me. I sent all the forms to Chicago & I got a message on my phone and also email that they received them. After few days I received by regular mail I-797, Notice of action with the receipt number. Now I'm trying to check my case status online but everytime I punched my number in it gives me this respond

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Is there anything wrong...??? thank you for any advices.

Nope - it's fine. Often the online system fails or has inaccurate information. Some people never get the online system to work, but their cases move normally otherwise. The online system is just a frill. Pay attention to mail that comes to your mailbox. I suspect your case will show up online in a few days, and if not, it's no trouble. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
