Thanks John for all of the great information. We are doing the budget for her week in Rio. She has so many conflicting prices. This is the info she has obtained from the girls in Rio;

Citibank fee-R$665.00

$350.00 USD doing the current conversion = roughly R$575.00 Make sure she takes her passport to Citibank so they can put her passport # on the receipt.

Medical------R$320.00 This is 220 for medical plus 100.00 for blood work

Sounds right. What about chest x-ray?

Courier------us$50.00 She will be waiting for the visa in Rio

We paid R$49.00 for overnight shipment to Sao Paulo CIty. It can't be more than that.

Does this sound very accurate? Pretty close, better to budget a little over

Yes, we will definitely meet, Pitt is not far at all. We will have a great time.
