So I was soo nervous in sending out the first step in the K1 visa, butttt I just did!!!!!!!!! oh my goodness.

just wanted to talk everyone that helped me along the way with the first step!!!

I have a question for the upcoming steps, which affidavit do I fill out, the i-134 or the i-864?.....I'm a bit confused by this. and the lady this morning seemed sooo annoyed answering my questions and was literally reading something off of a paper....smh

I think they do get annoyed because that information is so clearly documented. But I know it can be confusing and sometimes you want to be able to just ask someone to make sure it's right!

I-134 is filed at your K1 interview and the I-864 is filed with the I-485 "Adjustment of Status" forms after you are married.
