hi everyone! :)

we finally completed our K1 visa application and got it sent out today. now, the waiting begins. we're both excited and ready to face what's ahead of us.

we only have one concern though...for the G325a of the petitioner, there was a typo error on the employment in the last 5 years. in one of the entries, the year typed in was wrong so when you see the employment history, it doesn't appear right.

i need to know what would be the effect of this on our application? will this lead to an rfe or just be looked at later on when the beneficiary goes for an interview?

thanks to all the contributors in here. it made our application a lot easier with all your inputs! :)

You may get a RFE. However, if you do, then it would be an easy fix. However, it may be that they overlook that small typo. Never really know until you get it or not. I would not stress it very much. Most RFE's only have a 2-3 week setback. I have seen some quicker and some longer. Don't lose any sleep over it. It appears that both service centers are processing much quicker than over the last 6 months. We waited 183 days before our NOA2. Some people waited 7 months. Now it seems California is about 3-4 months and Vermont is about 5 months. I wish ours had been that quick.
