How could I know to which Service Center my case was transfer to? I have no received any letter informing me this particular. They only said to me that my petition was received. And on web page appears like this "On March 30, 2011, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case"

This means my petition stayed in Texas Service Center? I'm from NY if that is useful...

10-24-2012: AOS, EAD, AP Sent

11-04-2012: NOA1 AOS, EAD, AP

11-06-2012: Biometrics App Letter

11-16-2012: My baby boy was born

11-19-2012: Biometrics Appointment

12-29-2012: AP Approved

01-04-2013: EAD Approved

01-10-2013: Combo Card Arrived

It says on the mail they send you where it is. Either CSC or VSC.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The service center to which they forwarded your petition to should be on the website information if you've signed up for case updates online. I believe that most likely it will be sent to Vermont, but I've heard that depends on how many petitions have been submitted at that time.

Yes. should be Vermont but will be on the written NOA1 when you receive it.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
