Does anyone here experienced this? I called last friday to ask if i could set an interview date, but when they checked it our case number is not yet in their system, but the agent gathered all our infos k1/k2 and encoded it, after that she said to call them back on tuesday.. So i waited tuesday, so yesterday I called them, the pissing part of this is, I am from mindanao so everytime ill make a call it charges 8.00/minute cause its a long distance.. and every call it would take 5-10 minutes on hold waiting for an agent to answer (HOPEFULLY).. yesterday ive made 4 calls but no luck.. 5th call i was able to speak to an agent, so i told her im going to set an interview but unfortunately she said she cant cause THEY ARE IN SYSTEM UPDATE right now.. so i called again today, 5 times b4 i was able to speak to an agent.. then again, still they cant process it cause of their SYSTEM UPDATE..

does anyone here in VJ from philippines who experienced this one? If so, how many days until you we're able to schedule your interview date successfully? this is really frustrating.. lol but PATIENCE is a VIRTUE! thanks in advance for those who will response to this.. God Bless!

I thought only calling US numbers are for free... I tried calling a Philippine number but it requires credits... May I know how did you do that?

go to www.google.com and register for a new account. It is just like yahoomail. And I dont think calling a Philippine number through gmail is free cos I've tried it many times and it did not work. But I know for sure that it works if you are calling a US number, if you will call your fiance's mobile/phone abroad, then it's free of charge.

I am experiencing the same thing. They switched to a new system on Monday. They have us in their system, but cannot schedule our appointment. Sometimes it is due to not being able to get to the calendar and other times it is due to choking on our reciept number. I have no idea how long it will take for them to clear this up. You can try registering online at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ . Click new user and follow the instructions to create an account and schedule an appointment. I get an error after putting in the passport and contact information on the web site. Good luck.
