Hello All:

I am trying to help my spouse who is a U.S citizen file I-130 for her sister. I read the guidelines and would like to make sure I have everything.

1. Cover Letter

2. 2 passport photos of Petitioner

3. 2 passport photos of sister

4. Signed I-130 form

5. Photocopy of Petitioner's birth certificate

6. Photocopy of sister birth certificate

7. photocopy of legal document showing sister's name change

8. I-130 form fee using postal money order

I think I may have everything please let me know if I am missing anything or should add any forms

copy of us citizens passport bio page, form G-1145 e. mail notify name and date in pencil in the back of the passport photos, make another set of every thing you send, including the checks,good luck
