Possible answer to #2, if you look on this USCIS link, scroll down to I-134, it says previous editions accepted... That is a great question seeing how they like to be sticklers when they choose to be. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

DS-156 is the online part. We had to provide 2 copies of this including the barcode. The DS-156K we only had to turn in one copy.

I guess our interview was different. We took all the forms to the interview. We did not have to mail anything back. I guess this info doesn't help you.... Sorry. So basically, the only thing for the interview I had to provide (outside of bonafide relationship evidence) was the I-134. Mari had all the forms for her part done, we paid the VIsa Fee in advance and had that receipt and the medical interview sealed envelope. We brought all of this on the day of the interview. Like I mentioned, each consulate has their different ways. Wish I had better information to provide. But just to be clear, we took the 156 with barcode (2 copies) 156K, 157 & 230 plus police certificates and medical exam and the sworn statement of marriageable age. (plus I-134) We had to arrange all of these forms in a particular order according to their instructions once we got there.

Hope it all goes well for you !!!!!
