if you picked up the forms from the embassy, then they are good to use, fill the forms out on your printer and bring them to the interviewalong with the visa fee, and the 1-134, it does not say that they are useing the ds-160,if you go to the ghana embassy info, on top of this page you will get a good idea,

Not it ghana- get the new forms online. the ds-156 needs the bar code.

We had the ds-160 just in case but were not asked for it (dec 2010).

For all of your forms I would wait till closer to the interview as well because things may change.... you have 6 months so don't worry.

 Don't mess around the embassy in Ghana - no flexibility there. This is good advice to make sure you have the most current forms. Since the interview date is so far away, I would make a copy of the forms you have just to practice filling them in to make sure you have all you need. Use this time to prep your fiancee for the interview. Search through vj for examples of interview questions asked at the embassy in Ghana.

Staying strong and patient in love and faith!
