I don't know if there's a local place in Jordan where you can get a CENOMAR. I kind of doubt it.

As far me I don't have credit card/bank accounts and I'm not sure my fiance does either. She might. Also we're trying to avoid going to Phil if she can get things done from Jordan (where she is living).
