Help! Question 10 on I-134

Someone else raised a question regarding question 10 on I-134.

I put "NONE" because I assumed they know I submitted the I-129f on her behalf.

Does my fiancee's name has to go in question 10 or is it really none?

Any information is really appreciated!

Why would you put NONE? If you submitted a Visa Petition for your fiance it can't hurt to put their name in for that question.

The example form states that you do put the fiance/beneficiary name on question 10.
