i came to new york in 2000 met my wife in 2002,had a kid in 2005.finally decided to adjust my status through my usc wife in december of 2010 after being married for 5 month..now five months later am still waiting for an interview..any december fliers from new with the same situation as me?

Hello, please use the New York City timeline that is in this thread specifically for people who filed in NYC simply because it seems majority of people are having delays.

7/20/09 - When we met
9/16/09 - When we started dating
1/15/10 - Moved in together
9/3/10 - Marriage
11/10/10 - Filed AOS at Chicago lockbox
11/12/10 - AOS package received
11/17/10 - NOA1
12/27/10 - Biometrics --> canceled due to snow condition
1/18/11 - Advance Parole approved
1/26/11 - Biometrics Completed
1/31/11 - EAD in production
2/7/11 - EAD Recieved
2/18/11 - Applied for SSN
2/28/11 - Received SS Card
8/5/11 - Interview letter mailed
9/8/11 - Interview @9am
9/9/11 - Card Production
9/20/11 - Received Green Card

7/2013 - Submitted Removal of Condition

9/2013 - Biometrics Completed

11/20/2013 - NOA1 - Request for Evidence

12/20/2013 - RFE returned

1/2014 - 10 year green card approved.

12/14/10-AOS package mail

12/21/10-receive receipt for I-485/I-130/I-765

01/03/11-receive letter for biometric 1/28

01/28/11-biometric done

03/04/11-receive EAD card in the mail

Since I received my EAD card my case has no further updates on the I-485 or I-130 when I check on the USCIS it's still in initial review, no idea if or when my case will be transferred for me to get an interview......Anyone in the same category?? just curious

11/01/03-receive letter for biometric 2/28

11/02/28-biometric done

11/03/04-EAD card receive

am still here waiting for an interview.

You are basically an October filer according to your time line.
