A few questions while waiting for our case to arrive in Manila

We are both happy that our case has left NVC and is on it way to Manila. While we are waiting I had a few questions for VJers experieced in dealing with the embassy in Manila.

Paying the fees: When is the best time to pay the fees? We are processing 3 visa's her k1 and 2 k2s for the girls so that is a lot of money and we dont want to have issues with lost payments, etc..

DS-156 Signatures: Will her girls have to sign the DS-156 forms? They are minors, 4 and 6.

Quesitons for the kids: Do the CO's at the embassy ask questions of kids so young?

My financee is annulled and has sole custody. Will this present any problems getting approaval?

I have three K2s. Ages 11,13and 17. I believe the CO will just match the names with the faces. The interview is on 6/22. I want them here so much!! I would recommend having your fiance dial the embassy call center and speak to a Filipino clerk. My fiance called and was on the line for 60 minutes. All went well. Have her pay the $1050 in visa fees at BPI. She will need passport, NOA2 and Letter from NVC showing the MNL Number. Wait two days and then have her call the Embassy call center. The information will be in the system by then. Prepackaged families are the best; don't you think?
