OK guys I just acquired a co-sponsor, she's a friend i went to school with in europe from arizona and i was wondering what I need her to fill out ?

1. Does she need to fill out a I-864 for the evidence of support section of the checklist ? or just show recent tax return and past pay stubs from 3 years ?

2. Also with those past pay stubs are they just the end of the year pay stubs ? that show how much she made that year ? or is it everyone one ?

3. Another question I have is she is already sponsoring her husband ( My best friend) for his green card, they got married in February. She makes $45,000 a year so I believe that's enough for both of us but does this seem suspicious you think ? also does that make me a third person in their household thus raising the amount she needs to sponsor ?

If you guys could help me out on this I'd really appreciate it I have my interview in 2 months!

also I'm from Canada my interview in at the us consulate in Montreal.

1) Like I told you in the other thread, for a K-1, you and your joint sponsor each need to fill out the I-134. You can go by what is required as proof for the I-864 because that is generally what consulates go by.

2) Provide the latest tax transcript, from 2010. You can get them free from the IRS. Provide the latest 3-6 pay stubs to prove current income. Provide a letter from the employer stating your position and current salary.

3) If your joint sponsor is only responsible for herself and her husband, then she would be adding, you, the beneficiary to her household size. She would need to have enough to cover 3 people, and $45,000 does. If she has other dependents, then use the guidelines to see how much is needed. Poverty guidelines are here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You will also need proof of your joint sponsor's citizenship, like a copy of her birth certificate, or the bio page of her passport.
