hi there...

when my hubby paid the AOS bill , they did sent us the recceipt and in this receipt they have written my name in a wrong way, then hubby called them and they said thats the name they have, he told em its mistaken , they said i must send em an email..with a my passport scan and ask them to correct the mistake...

but i dont know what to write specifikly in this email...any ideas??? ppleaz

28/05/2011 got the response for my request to modify the error in my name..== OK

31/05/2011 AOS Package sent via usps express

Write the same as you have explained here. Dear sirs, when my husband received the AOS receipt it had my name spelled incorrectly. As directed during my phone conversation with you on XXXXXX date, I am emailing you a scanned copy of my passport. Please update your records with the correct information of (your name). thank you.

Send the email with return receipt (save this and the confirmation email) and then a week or so after having sent the email, your husband can verify that the spelling is correct.
