also in number 24 and 25 they ask for annual income and federal tax returns. well i been in Korea for 3 years so i do not have any tax returns. what do i do?

I used a sponsor on my I-134 do i do the same thing here? do i fill out a different aplication for my sponsor and i write a letter saying why i do not have any tax returns?

I'll be greatful for any help~ thank you

You would probably get more help if this was posted in the AOS forum.

You would put 0 income, if that is your current income. Your joint sponsor would fill out their own I-864, and provide their tax transcripts and income proof. Plus, you need a copy of their birth cert. or the bio page of their passport to prove they are a USC. You need to write an explanation stating why you were not legally obligated to file taxes for the years you did not. Make sure to list IRS pub that backs that up.
