Hello, I am looking at the cover letter for the I-129F form. it has an area for '[ADDRESS OF YOUR SERVICE CENTER]'. Can someone please tell me what to put here? My fiance is in the Philippines. Would this be the address of the US Embassy in Manila?

No it would be the address you are going to be processed at. VSC or CSC.

That is no longer needed because everyone sends to Dallas lock box to be sorted out. You can omit the address of service center from the cover letter.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Since cover letters are optional and will be enclosed in the outer envelope, an address is optional, but if you choose to use an address, use the same one you send the petition to.
