Hello everyone!

I am about to file for I-751 within this week as my greencard will expire on the 29th of June. There are a couple of things that I need help with:

1) I changed my last name after I received my greencard.

Basically, I applied for a new social security card bearing my husband's last name. However, I did not file for a new green card with my new last name since I was told that I am going to have to pay for a new card that I would only be using for less than a year until I file for my I-751.

What are the things I would have to include in my application, if any, to correct my new last name? Should I file under my current last name?

2) I also moved to a new address for a year now. But my USCIS mails are still sent to my in-laws house where me and my husband used to live. How do I go through the whole change of address in my application?

Any help or info is greatly appreciated. And please excuse my English if it is a little confusing. English isn't my first language. :)

Thanks in advance!

File under your current last name. Look at PART 3 Additional Info About You line 1 Other Names Used, on form I-751. You may need to attach your past address to the form for PART 3 line 9

File your AR-11 for new address along with your (sponsor) husband.

When you go to the biometrics appointment make sure to take legal proof of the name change. My husband changed his name after receiving his card, and our NOA came with the correct name, but the biometrics appointment letter came with his old name. I was afraid it might be a problem, and we went to the appointment with a copy of our name change documentation and his driver license with his new name. We had to speak to a supervisor because of the different names, but he seemed happy with our documentation and it ended up not being a problem.

Besides the AR 11, don't forget the I-864.
