Hello everyone!

well im almost ready to petition for the k1 visa for my Boyfriend.I am soooo nervouuus :unsure: !!!

all the consultants i spoke to are waaaay too expensive so i am attempting it all on my own!just double checking,the first packet that i send is JUST the I-129? i dont need to send any income info yet?

i also wanted to ask you another question.i am very nervous about the upcoming income forms.im pretty sure that im going to need a sponsor.from what ive read,they go by the last 3yrs right? i didnt make as much in 2010,2009..etc as i am making rightnow(new job :))

in fall of 2011 i am starting an LVN program that will force me to work part time.

so i was thinking about taking the summer off and leaving to mexico for the summer to be with my boyfriend.

would this affect anythiiing?

I have been told that they will mostly base it off of your last three pay stubs. More of what you will be making at the time rather than what you have made before.

Approval: 10/12/12

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T
