How long from NOA2 to NVC?

Hi!

Since we've got out I129 notice of approval on Sept. 6th, how long should we wait until our file will be transferred from CSC to NVC? And, when my fiance should call NVC to have the confirmation out file is there?

Call them in 2-3 weeks, as CSC seems to be slow on sending them out to the NVC.

Congratulations on your approval.

Times seem to vary between cases. Why not try a filtered search on the 'Immigration Timelines' section.

I reccomend calling NVC in about a week. Now they are aking 2-3 as well though. Try in a week!

you may call NVC or send an email to nvcinquiry@state.gov. It takes some days to get the reply, but they do. I got my answers by sending e-mails to NVC and Consulate.
