I just want some clarification on the sequence of events. My wife's green card is set to expire in Oct 2011, so we should file for Removing Conditions within 90 days of the expiration. Shoud she be filing for renewal of her green card now or wait until after the conditions have been removed or can we file simultaneously? The person that interviewed us at the USCIS office in Hawaii told us to renew the green card 6 months prior to the expiration but I don't see anything on the USCIS' website about renewing green cards for conditional permanent residences.

Please follow the guides.

You do not renew a 2 year green card. You remove conditions. You would not be renewing a green card until the 10 year card is near expiration.

You should have been collecting evidence for the last 2 years for the ROC of the 2 year card.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
