Hi!

I am the italian fiancee of an american girl and we want to get married and to live togehter in the US, so she is going to petition for a K1 visa for me.

We would like to send the I-129F form with all the package within a couple of months but I have a big doubt about one aspect.

I am going to travel to US in the period Oct 2011 - Nov 2011, entering the US with the Visa Waiver because I am gonna have a training.

Can this influence the VISA process?

Do you suggest me to wait for Dec 2011 before sending the package?

Thank you for your help!!!

Marco

No it won't affect the K1 visa. You just need to bring evidence of strong ties to your home. The thing that gets people in trouble is when the CBP officer asks the purpose of the visit and they hide the fact that they are seeing their fiance(e). You are coming for a training program so it shouldn't be an issue for you.
