Case complete keeps changing

Has anyone had this happen? My SIF was April 28th and an operator told me that my case complete was April 29th. I've been calling the AVR every day to see if the case has been forwarded to the Embassy. The AVR said the case was complete on May 6th, and then again on May 10th. Each time the case complete date changes I get two emails. One says they are still waiting for my RFE, the other says they received my RFE. Everytime I speak to a live operator they tell me the case is waiting for interview scheduling. It seems our case is stuck in a loop.

Hi Norwood,

NVC has different departments doing different things. Although all in the same building, It happens often that one hand is not always communicating with the other.... a 'loop' just like you said. I wouldn't be overly concerned. However, I would call NVC again and ask to speak with a supervisor (if you haven't already done so), they often can be more helpful and have a little more insight (access) to some additional info.

I think while the 'loop' is going on, your case is still proceeding as it should. Make that call and talk with a supervisor. See about getting a clearer answer. And, they can confirm for you if there is any outstanding RFE or whether to ignore some of the communications in the loop.
